Teaching on an intimate setting would be a lot of fun especially when the students are there to learn more about what is being taught. I am not really a teacher in nature but I had this opportunity to help students in our community so I just went with it. I just planned to do for six months but it's been three years already that I am so passionate with this vocation. I did not know that I was effective with kids not until I tried this one and it was one of the big successes I have made in my life. I realized that communication plays a big thing in these little kids learning. I have learned so much with my fellow teachers on how they handle their class and I enjoyed it so much. This is the best job I have handled all my life. I guess this is not really a job to call it but a passion for me.

School has been a big part of my life and the status of the students in their performance matters to me a lot. That is why I had to make a weekly progress report just to track down where they are at the moment and help them make those steps to their potential. Being a teacher takes a dedication and passion to see every kid or student with potential or else you will just be frustrated and angry if they do not accomplish their goals at the end of the week. I am also amazed with how our principal and director at the same time started this school, it was not intended for business purpose but it is like a ministry for young people who have a hard time in school. It was opened right after she got the approval from the government to her in the financial need of starting up this school. She was able to meet all the requirements and track her progress and then the approval came on the expected time.
