Many of the jobs today require you o have some sort of skills. It is therefore very difficult to get a good job, if you do not have proper education. People who dropped out of school due to some reason or other, have found that they need to go back to school to get the skills required to favorably compete in the labor market. However, though many people need to go back to schools, most do not have the funds to do so. They, therefore, look at the government to provide a solution.

The government has devised means of helping these people by awarding them grants to go back to school. A grant is a form of aid given to people in need, which is not supposed to be refunded. The government gives the grants to these departments, and it is the departments to make sure that, the grants get to the people who need them.

Therefore, when they have had children, they desire to go back to school, in order to be able to provide for their children. In most cases, however, between their children's education and maintenance fees, there is little or no money left to cater for the women's school fees.
